Essentials: from beginners to those who train 5/6 times per week. Our team will ensure that your plan is centered around your training / lifestyle:

- Once a week check-in (via whatsapp)

- Personalised macros

- Friends on My Fitness Pal

- Invited to join the team group chat (via whatsapp)

Essentials Plus: opt for the plus package if you are working towards a timeline goal e.g. marathon / wedding. You will receive everything in the essentials plan along a more tailored plan for your goal.

Premium: for athletes (pro / amateur): good nutrition is key for optimal athletic performance. Our team will assist with everything during on/off season and post/ pre the main event. Our data and research driven approach will help you fuel your body correctly and make weight safely:

- Weekly phone call check-in that leads to daily messaging check-ins ahead of the main event

- Weigh-ins and measurements (measured at WDP if you are also a personal training client)

- Personalised marcos centered around a timeline goal or daily athlete life

- Friends on My Fitness Pal

- Invited to the team group chat (whatsapp)

- Hydration Guide

If you are doing in-house Personal Training at WDP and also working with our nutrition team, your weekly measurements will be done by your WDP coach.
